Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from Bangkok Blaze.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or consumed.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bangkokblaze.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds are only available for:
• Damaged items during shipping
• Incorrect items received
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the request has been reviewed and approved.
